Eon’s Elite

Eon’s Elite are a special group of the most loyal Skylanders Master Eon has ever encountered. This is a very exclusive group. Although there are hundreds of different Skylanders only a few have currently achieved the title of Eon’s Elite.

First Appearance

The first run on Eon’s Elite Skylanders came in 2014. There were only eight figures (one from each of the eight original elements).

Physical Appearance

Eon's Elite SpyroThe Eon’s Elite figures are very easy to spot. Although they take on the form of their Series 1 figure, they look very different.

Each figure has received a new, bold, slightly metallic coat of paint. The elemental portion of their base has been painted gold.

Although Eon’s Elite were released alongside Trap Team, they do not have a red base. Instead they have a clear base. This makes sense as they do not truly belong to any one game.

Additionally, these figures come in a high-quality plastic display case featuring a 3D lenticular background. (With a complete set of Eon’s Elite figures, the backgrounds of the display cases form a nice panoramic portrait.)

In-Game Appearance

In Spyro’s Adventure, Giants, and SWAP Force, these figures will appear as your basic Series 1 figures.

However, in Trap Team it’s a different story. In Trap Team Eon’s Elite will be up to three times more powerful than their original counterparts.

This will give you a huge advantage when trying to take down the Doom Raiders, especially if you’re brave enough to take on Nightmare Mode.

Where can I find Eon’s Elite?

In the US, Eon’s Elite are a GameStop Exclusive. In Canada and Australia, they are an EB Games Exclusive.

Exclusivity varies in other countries.

There are a limited number of Eon’s Elite figures being produced. Unfortunately, we don’t know what that number is, but you can be sure that they won’t be around forever.

Second Appearance

A second batch of Eon’s Elite figures were released in 2015 alongside Skylanders SuperChargers.

Similar to the first set, they do not really belong to any one game although they will only have their enhanced powers in SuperChargers and beyond.

While there was a full set of eight in 2014, the “full set” in 2015 only includes six figures.

Physical Appearance

Once again the elemental portion of the base is painted gold and they have a clear plastic base.

The figures have the same basic look as they did in the original Spyro’s Adventure, but they have been altered to reflect each characters final upgrade.
